Yes. Our pods are food-safe and, per the manufacturer, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, kosher certified, and free of artificial preservatives. They’re tasteless, so guests notice the design, never the ink.

Almost anything — a monogram, a logo or crest, a favorite photo, your hashtag, the date. Send us the finished art and we’ll prep and test-print it before your event. You also get our full library of ready-made designs.

Yes — monograms, text, and pieces from our library, designed around whatever inspiration you send, with up to two rounds of changes. Original illustration and logos from scratch we leave to your designer; send the finished file and we’ll print it beautifully.

Anything with a frothy or opaque top: lattes and cappuccinos, espresso martinis and other cocktails, and beer.

Yes — their smooth, matte tops hold a design beautifully, and they make a lovely echo of the drink station on a dessert table. You or your baker supplies them; we print your design on top on-site, during setup. Because that takes extra time, we’ll arrive earlier than usual and confirm the timing with you when you book. It’s $100 for up to 50 pieces, plus $0.50 each additional.

Yes. Our cocktail foam topper add-on ($75 per event) creates a light, printable surface on almost any drink — margaritas, sours, spirit-forward pours included.

Our standard is an elegant sepia-brown from coffee and malt extracts. Five more are available by advance request:

• Chameleon — purple to burgundy
• Jungle — green through yellow to magenta
• Ocean — blue through purple to magenta
• Red — a single saturated red
• Glow — comes alive under UV light

Red and Chameleon add $50 per event; Jungle, Ocean and Glow add $150. The printer holds two pods at once, so we can load coffee and malt together for $75 — print on lattes and cocktails at the same event. Multi-color and gradient designs are quoted individually; just ask.

Yes. Guests scan a QR code, upload a photo straight from their phone, and watch it land on their next drink. At attended events, it’s standard and our attendant hosts the line, so it keeps moving. On a drop-off, we can switch it on by request — just tell us in advance so we set up the code and confirm coverage with your venue.

The Classic Pour is the value pick: we deliver, preload your designs, and your bartender or host presses one button. The Signature and Grand Pours are the guarantee — we’re on site the whole time, hosting the guest upload line, checking every print, and handling anything that comes up. The drop-off works well for smaller gatherings and hands-on hosts; if the drink station is a centerpiece of your night, choose attended.

About 3 feet of table near a standard outlet for our printing station. The printer is 8.7″ wide, 12.9″ deep and 17.3″ high and weighs 23.2 lbs, so most of that space is working room. One standard 120V outlet — no dedicated circuit required. Designs are loaded in advance, so printing works even without venue Wi-Fi. Live guest photo uploads do need a connection — we bring a hotspot and confirm coverage with your venue beforehand.

No. Your venue or bartender pours and serves all drinks. Guests bring their drink to our printing station, set up separately from the bar, where our attendant prints their design and hands it right back. We never pour, serve, sell, or supply any beverages, and we don’t check identification or decide who receives alcohol — that stays with your licensed bar staff.

We deliver the machine with your designs already loaded, set it up at the bar, and give your host a hands-on lesson — then collect it the next day. It includes 200 prints, with anything beyond that at $0.50 each. For a bigger party, the full-pod upgrade takes you to 600+ prints (up to 1,200 for simple designs) for $125, with no per-print charge — cheaper than metering if you expect to go well past 200. A $250 refundable damage hold applies, released within a week of return.

We’re based in Covington, Kentucky and cover Greater Cincinnati, happily traveling up to 125 miles — the first 25 are free, then $1.50 per mile, each way. Farther out? Ask — we’ll send a custom quote.

As soon as you have a date. We only take one event a day, so dates go one at a time. We’ll always try to accommodate last-minute dates when the calendar allows.

The 25% deposit reserves your date and isn’t refundable — once it’s booked, that date comes off the calendar for everyone else. If you cancel more than 60 days out, anything paid beyond the deposit is refunded. You can also reschedule once at no charge with 30 days’ notice, subject to availability. The Classic Pour’s $250 damage hold is separate and fully refundable, released within a week of the machine’s return.

No hidden fees — package prices are upfront, and the only extras are add-ons you choose. Gratuity is never expected; if you’d like to recognize your attendant at an attended event, it’s always graciously received.

Yes. Our first five bookings receive the founding rate: 20% off the Classic Pour ($340), 40% off the Signature Pour ($510), and 40% off the Grand Pour ($720), for events held through 31 December 2026. Events held 1 January – 30 April 2027 receive 10% off the Classic Pour and 25% off the Signature and Grand Pour. Either way it’s the same five bookings — once they’re taken, the founding rate closes. In exchange, you grant us permission to photograph and film the setup and the printed drinks for our portfolio and social media. It’s our thank-you to the couples and hosts who take a chance on something new.
